- Change of mind: Return after shipment due to change of mind is not allowed.

The following cases are ineligible for exchange/return
- Seven days have passed since delivery.
- The item has been returned without prior confirmation.
- The product has decreased in value (damaged packaging, damaged contents, traces of use, etc.).
- The product has been used or partially consumed.
- The product is deemed unfit for resale (removed barcode, exceeded expiration date, etc.).
- The product page had explicitly specified that exchanges/refunds would not be accepted.
- The packaging is damaged.
- The product shows traces of post-delivery damage or use (even for shipping errors and faulty products).
- Products purchased online may not be exchanged/returned at an offline store.
- Products purchased offline may not be exchanged/returned online.
How to exchange/return your order
- Step 1: Check the exchange/return period.
- Step 2: Apply for an exchange/refund via My Account or private inquiry (provide photographic evidence of defect, including a close-up photo of the defect and a photo of the entire package contents).
- Step 3: Following the instructions from customer service, return the product using the designated return shipping address and method (make sure to include the return confirmation slip and order information in your package).
- Step 4: Once your product has arrived, it will undergo inspection before your exchange/return is processed.
- Step 5: Exchange/return complete. (For faulty products or shipping errors, submit a copy of your return shipment receipt to receive a refund for return shipping fees.)
